Best way to include folders with many files in assembler

Postby BGort » Thu Jun 23, 2016 8:57 pm

What is the best way to include a folder with a LOT of files in the assembler? I would like to add the folder and its files to the assembler as linked files. If I don't add them as linked files, they get added to the project and will get checked into my source control. If this happens, they become protected files and the assembler has problems accessing them when doing a build. The only way around that is to keep them checked out, which is not a good solution.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Maybe you could use the solution described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1292 ... oject-cone ?
Please make sure you use appropriate name of the xml tag (build action/item name).
